Dr Trevor Jarman, Chairman who has founded and developed other successful companies based on new technology including Alizyme plc, PNA Diagnostics A/S and Natures Remedies Ltd.
Dr Heikki Lanckriet, CEO who was also a founder of Novexin, involved in protein research at University of Cambridge and was previously Research Manager at Puratos N.V.
Mr Tim McCarthy, Non-executive Director with wide experience of biotechnology company development and now Chief Executive of Alizyme plc, the LSE-listed drug development company.
Mr James Culverwell, Non-executive Director until recently a senior pharmaceutical sector analyst with Merrill Lynch is now a partner at the advisory firm of Sudbrook Associates
MANAGEMENT
Mr Gareth Bolitho, Product Manager who was involved in downstream processing of monoclonal antibodies at Unipath and was previously Product Manager for Molecular Dimensions. Gareth has overall responsibility for managing Expedeon's distribution partners and looking after US Customers East of the Mississippi.
Dr Edward Clayson, Sales Manager who was previously working as regional sales representative for GRI. Edward has overall responsibility for UK customers and US customers West of the Mississippi
Ms. Sarah Roth, Company Secretary and Financial Controller a chartered accountant previously with Arthur Andersen.

COMPANY PROFILE
Expedeon, previously called Novexin, was founded by two biochemical engineers from University of Cambridge, Dr Heikki Lanckriet and Dr Daniel Jones.
They recognised the severe problems which exist in producing high quality protein products and invented a radical new approach to circumvent the problems.
Novexin rapidly established itself as a major provider of innovative technologies and products for protein handling and analysis to customers in the life sciences sector worldwide. Its products, involving carbohydrate derivatives, are covered by several patent applications now owned by Expedeon.
The development of the company has been funded by private equity capital and has been supported by substantial research and development grants from the UK’s Department of Trade and Industry.
