Expedeon's Dual Run and Blot System is designed to be used for both Separation and Blotting.
The Dual Run and Blot system incorporates a unique Gradient Field (Patent Pending) which provides uniform blot transfer through using a higher potential for the large molecular weight proteins and a smaller potential for the low molecular weight proteins.
Constructed using the highest quality materials, the Dual Run and Blot system incorporates a number of features that make using it child's play.
The Core Module of the Dual Run and Blot System forms a complete, sealed unit when loaded with gels providing you with the opportunity to remove it and load gels under run buffer outside of the tank for easier loading. The Core Module also features fold down gel loading bays for the ultimate ease of use.
The tank features offset connectors to ensure that the current cannot be applied in the wrong direction and convenient thumb stubs pass through the lid to allow the lid to be removed easily and smoothly simply.
The Dual Run and Blot system is supplied with everything that you will need to run and blot gels, namely, the Tank, Core Module, Blotting Cassettes & Pads, Buffer Dam and Cool Blocks.
