HIS-Tagged Protein Purification

Expedeon offers a range of chelating resins for HIS-Tag protein purifaction including high capacity N-NTA resin in addition to regular and rapid flow resins. All resins are precharged with either nickel or cobalt ion and designed for simple and easy purification of recombinant HIS-tagged protein from cell lysate under denaturing or native conditions.

Antibody Purification

Amintra Protein A  and Protein G resins are designed on a sepharose fast flow matrix covalently modified with recombinant Protein A  and Protein G expressed in E. coli. The albumin domain naturally present in these proteins has been deleted to create resins with high capacity and affinity for antibodies. Typically binding capacity of 25 mg IgG / ml resin.
