April 16th, 2014
**This webinar was produced by Innova Biosciences which is now fully integrated with our sister company, Expedeon Ltd., and have taken the Expedeon Ltd name and logo.
The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay -ELISA- describes any assay where a molecule is absorbed on a solid phase. This technique allows antibody or analyte detection by their absorption to a solid surface, meaning unbound materials can be washed away with ease.
This introductory ELISA webinar will discuss the following points:
- Introduction to ELISA
- The different assay types
- Assay development tips
- Data analysis tips
- Troubleshooting tips
- Indirect vs. Direct antibody detection
- Using Lightning-Link® for primary antibody labeling
